cleaning girlfriends tanks??????

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
its not worth it if you have other tanks to keep up with.. ppl have lives lol, unless you run a fish store ..

yea bigdaddy i agree it would be very time consuming and i would rather be doing something rather than messing with the saltwater

I got my Mother a 30 with some angels and a 135 for my brother with some South Americans. I told them that I would maintain them , and man they are making me keep my promise. With those 2 I clean about 14 tanks all togeather. What the Hell was I thinking?????????

i do, but i did the smart thing (b/c i know how she is) and i got her a 2.5 gal w/ a betta and a cory lol

I did the same thing when my wife wanted an aquarium of her own to take care of. She just has a betta though. I let her pick out a fish for my 120g to name and called her own. She picked out a jack dempsey and named it Elvis. It turned out to be a decently interesting fish to have. That fish thinks he is 10 feet tall and bullet proof! He tries to push an oscar around that is three or four times his own size.

i REALLY need to get another spare "waterchange" pump

I know what you mean. I've been meaning to get the same thing, but I end up buying another tank instead.

I luckily dont have that problem. I am somehow able to get my girlfriend to actually help me clean my tank. Everyweek I do a 20-30% water change and since we live together I ask her to dump the water :D.....while all I do is syphon it out.... hahaha

haha my girlfriend got me into fish, we both aren't the best at cleaning, but we usually clean together seems easier cleaning 2 tanks with 2 people as to 1 tank a person, and how can you afford to give that kind of present! lol
