i just cleand a 55g my nephew had that was a brackish setup that sat empty for a year and clr took it all off. glass is cyrstal clear now

something else that will help keep water spots off after its clean is rainX or wax.
i whipe my tanks down every 2-3 months with it.

I use a mix of cheep vodka ($10 for 1.75L) and vinegar, warming it up makes it work faster.

Thats a great idea, do you ever notice any streaking when using the rainx?
