if the tank is dry, razor blades are the best. if the tank is set up, use a mag-float.

If you want to make your own magnetic glass cleaner, find a couple of blown out high wattage speakers and remove the magnets. Clean off the mating surfaces and apply felt to the outside one and either felt or a thin scrubbing pad ot the interior one.

Be Extremely carefull when installing this setup in the tank. These magnets are very strong. Practice on something else atleast a feww times before you do it for real. It is very possible that they could smash the glass if you let them snap together on the glass.

i use a plastic scraper and a mag float.

With magnetic cleaners though you got to be careful not to get any grit from your substrate between the glass and the magnet and accidently scratch the glass.

sometimes scrubby even empty.. just put some water in & scrub your heart out

or I may just fill it dirty then mag-float after a couple days.. depends on my mood I guess...

Windex = NEVER

any common bristlenose (ancistrus) do the best job. ottos are good, if you dont have other fish that will eat them
