So Its been a looong time since Ive had a decent aquarium. I got myself a python cleaning hose but as I expected our new kitchen situation dosent accomodate such hoses anymore. It seems any telescopic faucet is not compatible with a cleaning hose, what faucets or setups do you have in your kitchens?

I use the detachable shower head in my bathroom to do water changes.
I spin the shower head off, spin the python on (with an adaptor attachment) adjust the Temperature of the water, pull up the shower button and my tank starts filling

Do you have pics of this setup? I have my plumber coming in sometime next week and I need ideas. I kinda like my kitchen faucet too

I made my connections under the sink into a mix Valve...

Trying to tag old thread I made...

Can you take a close up picture of the of your faucet aerator?

Usually the faucet head has a ring at the back that unscrews to allow the faucet head to be removed. Once it is off the python should fit20200511_083004.jpg20200511_083043.jpg

Zanzag Zanzag , I meant a picture of where the water comes out /aerator. I have a similar style faucet and remove that to screw in the python adaptor. I dont remove the spray nozzle. Hope that helps clarify.

I had the detachable version (similar) , I unscrew the detachable head, and attach a gang valve, I could fill 3 tanks at once.

used the cut off PVC, to finger test for water temp, and that water would also be rinsing new sand.
