Cleaning salt water tank

Hey what's up,?hope everyone is well.
so I have a 5' 120 gallon salt water tank with 2 overflows,sump etc running at the moment
I want to shut it down and convert to a c/a set up.How do I go about cleaning?Is it just a matter of emptying and running vinegar water
for a while and a good scrubbing?,will the vinegar water clean the the inside of the hard plumbing?,any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

It’s just a matter of removing the salt residue a good rinse.
Fill and drain.
If you are concerned about calcium build up in the plumbing you could do the vinegar water.
Run it over night should clean it up good enough.
I’ve switched back and forth between salt and fresh a few times never did anything but rinse everything with fresh water.

Agree with BIG-G but will like to add that after using aquarium for a Reef setup the Coralline algae will eventually come off and will not harm Freshwater fish.

Like above. I wouldn't worry about the coralline. Maybe if it's somewhere visible and it annoys you, give it wipe with vinegar and let it sit for a bit. Otherwise, it's a little calcium, it will just dissolve and break loose on its own.
