Beautiful fish. How is the aggression with those Altifrons? Do you have alot of fin nipping? I love the look of those guys.

He's a stunner for sure Ed...so are the rest of them. Have you ever had them w/ different substrate? I'm sure that black sand makes their colors pop even more

when they were 1" juvies I had em in my growout with greyish/beige playsand. They blended in too much.

The dominate male Altifron and the dominate male Orangehead will push the Tocantins around but never severe as a bite
