I think my Jag may have cloud Eye. He's bin acting like he did when he had it before and it looks kinda cloudy?

Hard to tell from that pic the eye's dont show up very well but it looks like it's got HITH going on.
It looks like it has hole in the head and lateral line erosion.
Are you overstocking? Have you checked your water parameters?Is this the same tank you have your red devil in with the fin problem?
What size tank is it in and what are it's tank mates?

It certainly looks like HITH to me. I don't think cloud eye.
OP I would do some big water changes and treat w/ metronidazole ASAP. High quality diet will help too.
