Good to hear that nitrites and ammonia are zero. No reason to change water beyond your regular intervals for now.
You feed a lot of frozen goodies. Make sure to thaw everything prior to feeding, and dispose of the runoff juices. They bring a lot of unnecessary nutrients into the tank. If your fish are in good health, it wouldn't hurt to stop feeding alltogether for a week or so in order to minimize nutrient inflow and to give bacteria a chance to catch up. However, your needlefish might find mollies tasty when it's hungry

get a bigger outlet extension cord for your set-up so that you can hook up a good canister when you have a chance (and $)
