Cloudy Eye due to Injury

My flowerhorn got injured while fighting with another flowerhorn..
Now it's left eye is cloudy & it's been few days now but still hasn't healed.. Will it be permanently blind?

nah, do a lot of water changes and add a bit of salt. the way i tell is shine a light in the eye and see if the actual retina (is that right, or is it pupil? glows red) is damaged. if it is still round and normal just keep him clean and it'll heal up eventually.

I agree, I scared my Bala and he dang near killed him self smashing into the glass. His eye looked like that, cleared up in a couple days.

Damn reason I got rid of my balas. Damn things are scared of their own shadows and I was tired of tip toeing around my living room!
