Hi guys.
A little while ago, my blue peacock developed slight clouding on the left eye. I had a closer look and saw a slight scratch on the cornea. I thought i'd give it a day and see what happens. A day later, the cloudiness had resided a little so i thought i'd give it yet another day, I did this and by the forth day, the clouding was gone, but the obvious scratch was still there. About a week ago, it started again, and got really bad and stuck with it for a few days. I thought about the last time it happened and gave it time to reside again. But it didn't for 3 whole days. Only today did I notice it coming down again. the fish is a little skinny, and I think it's because he can't see food out of that eye. Do you have any suggestions? Other than the scratch and cloudiness there is nothing wrong with him, no loss of apitite, no loss of agressiveness (although not as agresive now that the others learn to stick to one side of him) and not hiding away at the back of the tank, always the first to greet me at the water surface.
Any suggestions? Thanks heaps guys and gals. Eric.
