cloudy eye

my wife's albino tiger O has a white cloudy pupil. cant get a pic right now. she said it has been swimming on its side lately. its swimming fine now. i melafixed today and will in the morning. the fish is only 1.5 inches so im leaning on illness not injury. any suggestions?

Check your water parameters...usually disease like that is a result of their system being stressed from poor water quality.

Dosing with meds is ok, but its better to fix the underlying problem first, so then there will be no need for meds.

they are 2 one inch oscars in a 30 gallon with a 50 gallon biowheel. i do 25% water changes every other week. Ammonia O, nitrites 0 snd ph 7.6

maybe it had pop eye caused by poor water quality

seems the fish has managed to puncture its eye. the eye is not rounded out like normal, its flat now.
