Didn't mean to harp on you about water quality/testing. I don't doubt your ability It just seems like 90% of issues people have with rays are water related so I wanted to rule everything out first :)

I'm in Oakland Twp.

BTW, his eyes look the same as they did earlier, but he seems to be able to see and greedily follows me back and forth along the front of the tank begging for more worms. He looks and acts just fine other than his eyes.
 
Sounds like things will now improve. I think the salt may help

As Johnno says 90% of all fish keeping issues are water quality....I am glad to say that you are not one of the people who need to worry about this.
