filter is second biggest out of all the whispers i belive up to 75 gallons..

sorrys its a not such a good pic but he/she just stays theree tell another peacocc goes to him then it will start swiming around for a lil whiley
i've had the same problem, just continue changing a bit of the water solely in the aquarium
also, if you have another good established aquarium, try harvesting some of the BB from it with a sponge or something

No other tanks just a lil 6 gallon HT eclipse and that filter is down not working i have a aqua clear 1 - 15 but it just has the sponge no carbon...
ehh try some airstones maybe, that might help. the oxygen from the airstones will help with their breathing
what i do for the beneficial bacteria (though many people recomend against this) is put my airstone inside the actual filter part for a little while, this helps the anaerobic bacteria build up, but while it is in the filter, it wont clear the water up, it will have lots of small bubbes in it. after a day or two take it out.
also try changing your carbon (the black rocks)

i got 2 airstones in there now on each side of the tank ill add another one in the middle i got another air pumop laying around here siomewhere
