go out to a fish store and ask for benifical bactiria

You can buy a liquid culture of good bacteria or if you have a healthy tank just take about 1/4 of the media, sponge, floss, whatever, from the well running filter and add it to yours. If you don't have a healthy tank check with your friends, your school, etc. One of the local libraries here keeps a 75g tank and let a patron have a filter pad for her tank to start it cycling.

Thx for all your help. It has been 2 weeks since i started this post and all i did was let it run and each saturday i have done a 50% water change and the differance is Amazing ill post aome b4 and afta pix
I also repositioned the rocks, i like em much better this way more things for fish to swim thorugh

You may try to add bacteria to your filter...once it cycle properly...this cloudy water will not be there..
