i have a small tank and in the beginning it seemed to be coo. but now it just stays cloudy. i was wondering if it was cause of a plant dat i have. any feedbacks?

Not sure what type of filtration you have.
It could be that you are over-feeding.
It could be that you need more water flow;
or that the tank has not been properly cycled.

well the first few weeks seeemed to be fine.. and i just changed the water yesterday but the same problem still persists. any other feedbacks?

What type of filter do you have?
Have you rinsed or cleaned the media?
Not that you may not know, but the media should be rinsed in
aquarium water; not tap water.

has it cycled over feeding... umm.... not declorinated.... water not set... umm idk any one of those

well it aint Clorine both clorine and clorimine leaves water after 24 hr's how ever has it cycled..what is ur test quialty

Howdy,

You can rule out the plant if it's not visibly rotting. Most likely, your tank is not completely cycled.

What are your water parameters? (pH, NO2, NO3, NH3/NH4)
What filtration do you have? (capacity, biomedia)
Is your tank stocked, yet?

had the same problem when i placed 12 pleco in my 60 gal tank which had new water for just 72 hours old. i think it's the cycling... from my other feedback before the beneficial bacteria are the ones that will clear your water unless you use carbon to clear it out. water parameters would help as the rest said. from what i read on the label of the Cycle it says that you must add so much everytime you change water or add new fish.. kinda something to do with bio-load. ;) hope these help.
