Cloudy water after adding sand

I have recently added play sand onto my new 30 gallon. I let it rinse, gave it some stir, then let the water flow for nearly 30 minutes onto my bucket...the water afterward was crystal clear... now once I added the sand and water onto the tank, it's all cloudy once again...its been like for over 4 hours now even after I turned on the filter...

Any suggestions? Do i have to do a 25% water change, or just be patient? It does not seem to have much improvement.

just be patient, its just the very fine dust that wasnt able to rinse out. just run your filters with some quilt batting or any other mech. filtration and you should be good in about a day or less. make sure you check your mech. filtration because it'll clog faster.
