Cloudy Water

I agree with the Prime suggestion. But as for the milkiness I think that is just bacterial bloom. Nothing to worry about, in my experience though I have not had one for years. Just feed the bare minimum for as long as it takes to clear, and do water changes as per usual (vacuuming the gravel I assume but if not, do that too). Also not sure of your filter maintenance but if you can clean them out too that will accelerate things.
 
Start Right seems to have a lot of additives added to it which may be have triggered something to cause this cloudy condition. I would do more water chances but use Prime (or a simple dechlorinator)
