JPC is basically a milder form of clout. You can dissolve tabs in lukewarm water before adding to tank. If it doesn't work, I'd advise using clout.
However, Clout will stain your tank silicone blue if you have clear or white silicone. I would suggest a quarantine tank for that reason if you can set one up.
I use clout for tropheus for bloat. It works amazingly well on both internal bacteria and parasites as well as external issues but is a strong medication, so it should only be used of you are sure it's needed.
White stringy poo is technically and typically not poo at all. The fish is sloughing off the intestinal lining and is a last ditch effort of ridding itself of the parasites.
As for natural cures, there are none for this, but garlic will help create an intestinal environment that is NOT friendly to parasites or anaerobic bacteria. NLS works really nicely in this regard.
Clout has completely different ingredients than Jungle Parasite Clear/PraziPro. They're nowhere near the same.
And Nemesis529, no-it won't hurt your cat. I use it on wild-caught Plecs, etc while they're in quarrantine after I get them.

I didn't say they were the same. I said one was a milder form of the other, meaning it's often used for the same problems, especially in the tropheus world. And besides no one but the manufacturer knows the exact ingredients to Clout. Otherwise, I'll make sure to be much more precise in my wording.
