So i tried just about everything from tetra parasite guard to api general cure and epsom treatment. My ebjds are still pooping white and already lost two. As a last resort i just nuked the tank with clout to see if it helps. Only using one treatment to see if it helps.

Clout seems to work out ok but it is very toxic and the bug creates resistence to it, believe me I've been there.

You should take a long lasting metro treatment at high dosage instead, it takes longer and it is very annoying to be smashing and dissolving the metro tabs in warm water, making parcial water changes every two days and covering the tank from light but it works out better.

Couldnt find pure metro and its costly on the internet so it was between pure metro and clout and which fitted my budget.

Metro for humans, you can get it at any drugstore, tablets of 500mg, it is very cheap.-


Clout is toxic and can cause cancer.

U could try aquarium salt....always helps my fish when they are sick. I got mine from petco. Hope ur fish heal soon.

Hexamita is a hardy bug you cant get rid of it just with some handfuls of salt, metro is the most secure and trustworthy way to go.

Well it was the last thing i could do, ill just finish up my treatment of clout for them and hope for the best

Update one ebjd is starting to crap somewhat normal, the other is still thin white
