but once a day is the basic.

Twice sometimes three times a day. I feed sinking NLS pellets thena couple of hours later I drop in defrosted Lancefish, Dillies, Mussel & Bloodworm. I also feed live Malayan trumpet snails once a month.

whenever i go see my tank... so like 5 times a day lol. i got alot of fish in my clown loach tank

Once a day max for all sizes. I have 5 (1.5-2.5) little guys that I try to feed several small meals each day. Is this wrong? Should I just give them one large meal a day?

I don't see any indication he mentioned all sizes. Better do multiple small feedings than a large feeding where fish cannot digest all foods effectively and leftovers left all over the tank. Do plenty of water changes.
