clown knife and arowana

any one have both a arowana and a clown knifefish in the same tank? Do they get along? Or is an arowana to agressive?

believ it or not one of my aros got eaten by either a 10inch bgk or ck about the same size aro was 5 inches....
so now i have aro comm tank and knife comm tank.. couldnt mix

Think it was because of aggression or territory? Or was it just a size thing?

i think it was a size thing. else they were roaming at night and one didnt like the aro in its wake.... i will try again maybe with jars. there not so much above targets i think.

maybe in the pond theyd do better.

Just get them close in size. I have seen this done often.

not sure about the clown knife, but i have a BGK and a silver aro together........i dont think they even know the other is in the tank, well maybe at feeding time

i had a 18" aro and 18" clown in a tank. no problems
