What if i added more territories? for exmple like rocks, caves and holes would they keep to their own sides?

IMO, that's a good idea. The Knife should grow at a faster pace than the Dempseys so you may be OK.

a ck will outgrow even a 100g tank in a year or so. mine grew from 4" to 15" in about 8 months, and was in a 90g. i didnt expect this and didnt have the funds to buy a larger tank at the time so i had to get rid of him. remember a ck will need 180g or so full grown!
