Clown knife fish

Hi,just wanna know, clown knife jump out of aquarium too?!

Not that i know of. But there is always a possiblity.

I imagine your tank has some sort of lid/cover? Other than certain reef setups don't see the point in having a tank without at least a glass top or sonething. I imagine even a non-jumper might find its way to the floor if spooked by a tankmate or something

Not sure about CK but I have had my 4.5" sun cat jump between the lid an the filter

CKs can jump, but it's rare. As they gulp air, they are usually pretty relaxed about it, but sometimes they will pick up some speed to go up to the surface which might, in turn, make them air born.

+1 if they do manage to jump, it was most likely a gulp for air gone wrong. The odd time my rck bumps into the canopy if the water level is too high.

Yes they can jump out for sure- keep ur lids on mate - some gulp air more aggressively than others..... Not a regular occurrence but iv seen it happen

LOL! yep sure can. My wife is still having flashbacks of when my 17" launched out of the tank to the living room floor.

and I wouldnt fancy seeing a large clown jump out as they get air with some gusto!!
