I just got a three inch clown knife too. Mine is eaing cichlid pellets.

Mine is currently stuck on live fish as well. I do plan on breaking him eventually, but I just recently added a scomb, and he's not off live either. Once they get a bit bigger, I'll start seriously trying to get them on healthier, meaty foods, but for the time being, I just quarantine their feeders for a couple days prior to dropping them in.

I have to admit, watching those two hunt is a guilty pleasure of mine
