Sorry dude, I like Corys too, I hope your fish does OK! I just love predation. My fish ate a RTBS, and I say it's survival of the fittest. I kind of wanted that fish to get eaten though, he was a bastard, I bet your cory was a good little guy. I bet your knife will be fine, they probably eat them in nature. They are from SA right?

I don't know what that means. I am just saying cories are to small for my tast. I know their are a lot of cory fans, i just prefore larger synodontis. To me hoplo catfish are like big cories, and that is why i prefere them.
 
From my experience, Clown Knives are pretty tough...I bet it'll be ok

Nope, South America. Many tributaries of the Amazon have their own species of cory.
 
If he got it down he should be ok its when the spikes catch in thier throat that they dont make it
