Over here
I have a pair of Clown Knives together, the tank is bare.what would be ideal to place into the tank as for decor.

Mine loves the big piece of driftwood. He hovers around it all the time.

Im trying to get it off live feeders, not completely maybe feeding it live feeders occasionaly. I have tried frozen brine, flakes. I was thinking of trying the hikari floating type food. Any suggestions, there about 5" in size only.

What i did was i bought some hikari cichlid medium size sinking pellets. I starved the guy at 6 inches and he started eating after 3 days...your knife may eat it whole and spit it out thats a sign that your knife is trying. Let the pellets soak for a while so it'll be easy for the knifes to eat. I feed my gold clown knife (7 1/2 inches) the cichlid pellets, frozen beefheat, and sometimes he will eat freeze dried bloodworms..well good luck!

Try frozen bloodworms. That has always worked for me. As for decor...at that size, they like to hide. So driftwood, rocks, pvc pipes (if you don't mind how it looks), anything it can hide in or around.
