Clown Loaches can be really aggressive with each other. Its best to keep 3 or more to spread it around some. I've never heard of them eating fish though. Mine wont even touch the baby fish I give my Angels.

There's 4 clowns, along with a big Distichodus Sexfaciatus and 2 big syno Eupterus, and 3 big Congo's and some smaller stuff.
Mine fight quite often but nothing serious. If a feeder fish is killed in the tank and not eaten by one of the big predators the loaches (x12) will make short work of the body.
