I have also heard snails are good makes them nice and fat we are looking for some snails that grow fast and breed like rabbits to feed ours.

It's simple. Get a 5g tank, operate with sponge filter, dump the physas and ramshorn snails and then overfeed them.

I'm not trying to start another nutrition debate, but I think a high quality pellet is the best staple. I feed my big clowns NLS Thera 3mm sinking pellets. I will also occasionally feed fresh veggies and frozen bloodworms.
