For a rough idea of the growth I've seen...
About 1-1.5" a year to 6"
About .75-1" a year from 6" to 8"
And about 1.5 to 2 years per inch past 8" with my largest being about 9.5" so far.
As others stated, the ones I suspect as females tend to grow quicker and fill out more.
