clown loach legend from Brookline Massacusetts?

I think CL's are supposed to max out around 12", possibly 14". 24" seems to be pushing it.

That would be cool, especially if that guy joins and shows up some PICTURES!!

BTW...enlighten me/us about the royal clown loach.
