Not sure your classifying methodology over there but here in the states we refer to my ray as a Marbled Motorro.

nice marbles Boggy but lot's of people dont have the Aqualog to refer to when you quote R005 and stuff, not all the info in that book is acurate, they say leo's will max out at 30-40cm but we know that they will reach 80cm for sure. Where is the shop you work at? might be worth a trip over one day.

Bruce, your the only person ive EVER seen use code/ numbers for ray species. Its abit silly. You have motoros not "R018 shortnose motoros". Maybe in the aqualog but who has one of them?

Ive got 10 clowns with my rays, from 2"-7". They could easierly be eaten but aint. Some ray species are quite savage fish eaters so be warned. Motoros are known to eat atnk mates.
