I would just use table salt with no iodine added...or aquarium salt. Much cheaper

Clown loach with skinny disease?

I have tetra salt here, So I don't have to worry about buying it. Should I use it?
Never used marine salt but I think that's okay...I would dissolve quarter of the salt and add it, then another quarter after half a day etc.

The loach died last night 
I think I might add some more salt. I've already added 20 teaspoons in the 70g, How many more teaspoons should I add? Should I do water changes as well? If so, How much? 20%?
The new botia loach that I bought last week is scratching, So I'm guessing it's ich AND I'm also guessing I'll be treating ich as well as what ever the hell is wrong with the clowns.

i think a water change wouldnt hurt. bbut just make sure to keep ur temp up. also if the parasites happen again tht is the number one thing that you should do. turn up the temp. ive had my tank at 88 degrees Farenheit. treated for parasites. and my isue was solved. but you have to catch it early. if you catch it too late then the treatment rarely works. sorry to hear about ur loss but just use this as a stepping stone. from my experiences, loaches are normally really sensitive.
