He is shown a bit in the very first picture..he is thin and yet he is always out and about eating..wonder what i can do to help him florish.. afraid to put him in hospital tank since he would be alone..and don't want to mess with anyone else because they are growing great.. should i just hope for the best?

it most likely has internal parasites or what many clown loach keeper calls as skinny disease. it'll become skinnier and skinnier as time goes on and soon it'll just stop eating and it'll just waste away. i would put it in a QT and treat it for internal parasites if you really want to save it. it'll be fine by itself in the QT you just have to give it some hiding spaces. a pvc pipe or two would be enough. i hear using levamisole is probably the best way to treat it.

Thank you very much for information... i do want to save him.. now the only problem will be trying to get him out of there with out destroying the tank..but i will definitly try after i get QT set up.. they are worth trying to save..

Its cool feeding cls the wafers. Sometimes I do it at the end of the night and I can hear them clicking and biting pieces off for a while.

They make a racket banging it off the glass.. fun!
