clown plecos

I have a 20 gallon high with 2 clown plecos in it and i would like to breed them. i may not have a male and female so if anybody knows where i can get some real cheap or free that would be great!

Most I've seen run $9.99, which is why i don't buy any as IMO I think that's too high a price.

Wow! They are everywhere here, every fish store has them. About 10-20 at all times which is why I refuse to pay that. To boot they are very lazy and you don't see them much.

Around this area Commons are the easiest to get, followed by clowns with bristlenose close behind in 3rd, then Sailfins in at 4th.

go figure . . . I have a clown in my 30G planted tank, and I see him all the time

I forget how easy or hard they are to get around here, but I'm pretty sure it's easier to get bushynose . . . commons are the easiest of course . . .

First off let me say that you with need a much larger tank I would recommend at least a 40 gallon breeder

Wow! Those are some insanely high prices. At my LFS they are going $3.00 a piece and there is a million of them. I see them as much as I see common plecos.
