clownfish laying on its side

ive never kept saltwater before and i just got my presetup saltwater nano tank home and my clownfish is on its side. i did not acclimate her because i figured she was the same temp as the tank and the tank has all its old water in it. so i think that’s where i went wrong. is there anything i can do ?

also wondering if clown fish lay on their sides like oscars do when theyre unhappy?

If it wasn’t acclimated properly then I’d just wait and not stress the fish. Test ur water. Clownfish are a hardy salt water fish. Let me say usually hardy.

How long cycled is the tank?
They are usually pretty hardy but you want to watch large salt changes.
When stressed they may lay on their side, mine did after being moved into Qt and fw dipped, they quickly went back to normal.
Avoid stress and she should go back to normal.
