'The bigger one' goes under the common name onyx clownfish. Apparently sometimes it's black fades when it hosts BTAs, oddly enough they say the black slowly comes back.

Here's a source http://www.reefcentral.org/forums/showthread.php?p=8242134

Thanks for the link.

They both are considered black clowns actually, just that they were from different batches and the black one in the first pic is older and a good amount larger. The common name for them both are tank raised "Solomon Island Black True Perculas." I picked them up from the breeder.

I had bought them wanting black clowns but I am fine if the BTAs wont let them be black, I would rather see the interaction between them and the anemone.

Ahh I see. My bad then, looked like an onyx and it was referred to as 'The big one' so I figured you didn't know the name for it. I didn't realize they were both the same because the smaller one has hardly any black on it. Anyway, if the info in the link is correct, the blackness should return, haha.
