That's where I bought. You can make it yourself if you want (instruction online), or maybe by some from other members on plantedtank.net. I think I've seen a few guys making it and selling it...
Many people don't use Excel with pressurized Co2, and many people do. I DO and if I remember correctly Jose does as well.
I diffuse my Co2 in what i think is a unique way...
I use a glass diffuser right underneath a SMALL power-head. The small bubbles come from the diffuser directly into the intake of the power-head and get mashed even finer by the impeller. The output is then directed to the bottom of the tank and spreads all around.
This is not very pretty in the tank but you can get innovative and hide it somehow. I expect a DBN background for the holidays and will be hiding it behind that. ~LiquiD~
Thank you LiquidPlants.. Found some on ebay - looks good. Just i'll get more items off Ebay for the holiday.
I have also begun my 75 gal tang. cichlid setup =).... have a DBN background being ordered soon as well..... I was going to make my own, but I figured after the material cost and time, it would be the same.
HEHE - I made one on my own, but after a few months and a hundred dollars I failed! I coated concrete with resin and when its in water it turns a milky white... so my girlfriend is getting me one to make me feel better =[
ah damn dude! that really sucks... Looks like you spent some time on making it look how you pictured...
I was planning on just using layered Styrofoam and quikrete w. some sand to create more texture.... no resin or sealant. Go visit my thread I started on the African Cichlid side of forum... give your input =)
Back to the problem with your amazon sword. It is a heavy Root Feeder, I see you are using Eco which is great, but you still might want to hit it with a Root Tab from time to time. And Personally I would remove the actinic bulb, and replace it with something else.
