Rex has a lot of great information on regulators, needle valves, and other aspects of planted tanks and CO2. I have his regulator and I'm glad I spent the extra to get it. My regulator is now set up to run 13 tanks. I just have to add bubble counters, needle valves, and reactors. I'm currently setup to run 3 tanks.

tank, regulator, needle valve, silicone tubing, bubble counter and diffuser or they sell the two in one counter/diffuser. run the diffuser under the intake of yuor canister filter to let the impeller of the filter break up the bubbles even more and it will help keep the co2 from escaping too quick. what kind of lighting are you using
Silicone tubing is ineffective for co2. It gasses off quite a bit of the co2, before it has even reached your tank. CO2 tubing (also known as PEX tubing) is the ideal method.

I'm working on a T-6 fixture, a freind of mine runs his Co2 on a timer with his lights. He and I both have a W/D filter. I also run a canister Fluval 305. I hear that it is a waste to run Co2 with a W/D. Do you get any value out of it?

You do, only if you are running 4-5 times as much co2 generally. Aim for 12-15 bps when using a wet/dry.
