Have you actually tested for scent on the bacopa? I see none that looks like bacopa caroliniana, only monnieri. (Side note, it isn't bacopa carolina, Carolina is a state, the latin name for the plant is bacopa carolinIANa.) 1 bps doesn't put me down much of anything with pressurized co2. Even at 5-6 bps I only drop from 7.2-6.2. My guess is that your yeast to sugar ratio is off. Try backing your yeast WAY down. It sounds like you are co2 dumping in your tank.
