Cobra snakehead "Channa marulius"

Any good pics of an emperor snakehead to compare? I was told this was a Channa Marulius(cobra snakehead), by my lfs. I will be pretty annoyed if this is not a cobra.

marulius is the cobra and looks like this:
with the distinct spot on the tail, and bumps on the head.
a striata is just a common snakehead.
but hey, that is a beeyootiful maruliodes. if i saw one like that , i would pick it up too.

It has the orange spot just like the cobra, that is why I was thinking it was a cobra,Does the maruliodes have that spot? I have been asking around today and a very knowledgable person had led me to believe that my fish is in fact a Channa marulius.var "Izabella". When it was a juvenile it looked just like the fish below, and this fish is a Channa marulius.var "Izabella".
I live in Japan BTW.
definitely not a cobra, cobra is aurantimaculata. That's an emperor.
And Joel - a striata is not a cobra - it's a "striped snakehead" or common snakehead.
