what exactly is prestige?

The highest rank you can get is 70 in multiplayer. Once you reach 70 and reach a certain XP level you get the option to Prestige. When you prestige you go back to rank 1 but your symbol is different and you go back to the weapons you got when you first started. As well as all your challenges are reset but you do not lose the titles and emblems that you have unlocked. Some might think this is a bad idea but I find it boring once you get at 70 and have no more levels to complete.

Im on ps3 playin. Everyone look me up. I need more people to play with. My sn is junmonsterwtf. Allready prestiged once and im up around level 30 again.

Getting to level 30 is pretty quick. I prestiged a couple of weeks ago and I am only at 46 I think. Plus I only really play on the weekends and some week nights depending on how tired I am.

You won't get the cool title and emblem for the gun when you don't prestige. When you prestige you unlock new challenges for the guns. Some Veteren challenges. So when you reach like 500 kills instead of getting 10,000 XP you get 20,000. Which is nice.
