Hmmmmm...... I like coffee, but don't drink it regularly. I've had everything from Folgers to Starbucks, and if made correctly I usually like it. Can't stand most restaurant coffee. The best I've ever had was at a small bakery here in So Cal. I was told it was a custom blend and roast. There was a coffee wholesaler across the street from it and they did the blend and roasting. It had a smooth, nutty flavor to it and was well "balanced". I like a fair amount of creamer in mine, but no sugar. I think sugar ruins coffee. I'm sure some people would say the same thing about adding milk or cream too. I think most people like what they like, but can't explain why they like it!
