I gave my coffee supplier the specs for roast and bean combination that I was looking for here to make my custom coffee, I use only organic fair trade beans. So, I would have to say my fav blend or supply for coffee is my own place.
I do a ratio of 3 oz of grind to 80 oz yield product, and I make sure the grind on the coffee is rough so that the bad oils of the bean can not leech out. I also upped the temp on my machine to smoking hot and sped up the brew time. I offer french roast dark and light roast for choices.
edit:just read the post above me I REFUSE TO SERVE DECAF, they can suck it up and drink a real cup o joe or blow away!!!!!!
what most people don't realize is that it is the chemicals and preservatives that are used on their beans at point of origion and process that are the real reason why coffee is bad for them. Some producers actually use formeldahyde as a preservative YIKES!
