Awesome fish, love the polys....that is a real nice L-190, how big is it?

Also those platinums are badass

Thank you, I love them too and I like to share.

The L-190 is appx. 5-6" TL and growing very slooowww. The plat looks nicer over black sand than bare bottom imo.

how big si the tank?

Tank is 180g's (6'x2'x2') and eventually the polys will be split up with upper jaw species staying in the 180g and the lower jaw's going into a 220g+ depending on what I can score in the Buy/sell forums when the time comes.

I've also given thought to building my own, but I'd probably be happier long term with a manufactured one.

looks great as always

Thanks man! :) It's always changing. Even now, I'm thinking about mixing in white sand. :naughty:

Looking great man!! Love the tank/colors as well. You've got some great Oscars, absolutely love them. Sweet colors indeeraroo.

cool, thanks! :D I bought the albino oscar from Chris a while back when it was a little 4", now it's a little more than double that size. Sadly, the orange oscar isn't doing so well, because he is getting picked on by the GG. He eats well and all that, but his mouth is crooked because he gets ramed pretty badly at feeding time. :(

Again, thanks for the nice comments! This tank has changed sooo many times since I first set it up. :headbang2

gorgeous pollys
:)
and great looking Os

Thank you bro! :D It took me years to find the perfect white oscar (with no black shading, etc..) but it was worth the wait.

The poly's are looking sharp on the new substrate. No major darkening on the endli's yet, but time will tell...

btw, eventhough I liked the baby-got-back avatars, this one has to be my all time favorite!!! :headbang2

great looking tank, love your bichirs ;)
