So i want to keep ducks, yellow belly sliders and 2 species of carp(common and prussian) on pond and little fenced space around it.
Minimal temperature here is -5 and maximum 40 celsius.because of that i dont know if i can keep yellow belly slider outside.even if i can i dont know how big pond should be and how deep(i didnt made pond just asking)if someone has experience let me know.

i don't have experience with ponds, but i have a yellow belly slider. maybe you could have a small tank for the turtle when the temps get low, or add a pond heater

The only advice I can offer is make sure the turtles are a decent size so they don't become fish food.

Oh and +1 on having a tank indoors if it gets too cold. Stock tanks are fairly cheap at farm supply stores.

Quess i will need to find pet store where they sell red eared slider

Turtles need at least 18 inches of sand ,mud or gravel at the bottom of the pond to overwinter.

Other turtles that may work include: spiny soft shell, northern painted, false map .
