Cold weather fishing

what are you targeting? Not familiar with Georgia weather, but fish the deeper holes in the river.
some fish eat a lot less in winter some eat nothing and some eat like pigs in winter tro up the river wer ur going and plenty will know
i rember when i was a lad my peeps droped me at the canal on a v cold morning i fished all day it was so icy i had to p on the eyes to d ice them quite a few times, i got picked up in eve my peeps tought id be frozen stiff,, but i had a great day, i dont think i even had a single bite, dam i was green in them days

OP, dont waste your time. The cold front and high pressure will have the fish shut down. Unless you really want to go or have nothing else to do I would stay home.
