so I have a plan to have them in one by one
pulcher (ST)
microlepis (IT)
undecimradiatus (NTT)
polota (AT)
campbelli (NGT)

whether there will be a problem when I combine them in one aquarium?

this time in my aqua existing two pleuro
and one microlepis

I've had all species of Datnoids together with no issues, i had one of each except ST i had two but kept the 16'' ST separate.
I gad no issues or at least no major issues just a small bit of squabbling as you'd expect.
Go for it and as the saying goes ' you gotta catch em all'

You will be ok you have 2 problems

Finding a ST
And the NGT will probably beat on the others as they grow

Oooops 3 the AT is a brackish water fish yes it may work but that doesn't make it right
