College Football 2010' (official thread)

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Pshaw, the U ain't nothin'. If you can come back at the end of the year with the trophy in your hands, THEN maybe I'd give a little respect. I remember the last time my Cardinal's played your Cane's it wasn't much of a match.... ;)

Not that my Cards are likely to do anything this year, or even next year.... :(

I'd put my money on Bama repeating, maybe Boise State, if they wallop Virginia Tech. Not gonna be a Big 10 school, they haven't even been competitive in a NC game for years...

i think the thread said who's going to win it all, not who's your favorite team (Miami, UCLA? hahahahaha)

If i had to put money down, i'd go with terrel pryor and ohio

Boise State if they would be given the chance.

Hopefully Penn State can get it together this year, but probalby not seeing as how Paterno is still there.

No idea who's actually going to win, though.

HURRICANE BALLIN BOYZZZ !!!!!

ROLL TIDE ROLL...........

I hope it's Boise St. against any of the Big 4 Champions... SEC, Big 10 or Big 12 and Pac 10(not this year though). But Mostly Ala, Ohio St. or Texas. I don't consider the ACC and Big East the same level as the other BCS leagues(besides MIA and Florida St).

Why not? The Big East has been closer to putting a team in the NC game the past 4 years than the Pac-10 has. If not for that completely BS "add one second to the clock" for Texas last year, Cincinnati would have played Alabama for the title. I don't know if they could have won, but they would have played.

Same with West Virginia in 2008, and UofL in 2007. They were a half step away from the NC game. Which is more than most programs from any conference can say over the same time span.

Anyways, if Alabama stumbles this year, then I'd say the NC race would be wide open. Noone seems very dominant going into the season, and a LOT of the usual top teams are rebuilding, missing recent star players, on probation, etc.
