college MFKers?

I live off campus at University cali riverside in an apartment. Water is paid so I do many many water changes ;). I have a 20L with 2 clownfishes and a 90 gal with 5 dats and 6 clown loaches. I used to spend a lot as well as working in the summer so I had money to spend, but this summer I had to take classes so no work money. Also the damn tuition increases and Financial aid cuts are killing me. Haven't spent money on fish in over a month and plan to keep it that way for awhile.. Oh and I also steal my roommate's market shrimp to feed my fishes :D
 
I'm in college! I live on campus and the first question I had for my i roommate when I moved in was do you like fish? haha.
I originally brought just my two and a half gallon, originally holding my ADF. She was fine with it, so currently our kitchen counter has two tanks, one in my room, and one on our bathroom sink.
I'm planning on getting another tank for my room and another small tank that I will sneak into her room.
It's expensive, but there are multiple local stores around here that negotiate and give me discounts for coming in all the time. I even got a free shadow catfish (I'm not bothering with the real name) and two golden barbs.
Gotta love buying your fish stuff over eating some days.
 
I am a full time college student, I live off campus in my own house,

So far I have 4 - 10 gallon tanks
3 - 20 gallon long tanks
1 - 20 gallon Tall tank
1 - 29 gallon tank
1 - 55 gallon tank
1 - 360 gallon home made tank ( 100 x 30 x 29 ) hoping to get it set up in january
1 - 250 gallon pond .

I also have to say that I do not work ( I have a bad back and am waiting to get surgery done on it ) and my wife has bought all my tanks and stocked all of the tanks that are running right now :) Yes I know I am very lucky :-)

Sucks for you man. Biggest tank I had at home was a 40 gal cause my parents would nag. Now I got a 90 running in my apartment. No more nagging for bringing new fish home. If i had more money it would be a 200 :D
 
It's alright, my parents don't mind as long as i pay for everything. I have a 150 in my bedroom and saving up for a 300
 
Yep. Just bought a 130 gallon and am working on setting it up now.... in my 10x12 bedroom that I share with my boyfriend.
He was wonderfully cavalier about that pickup.
I also have a one gallon planted tank, a 55, 40 standard and 40 tall.
 
I go to the University of North Carolina Wilmington. I lived in the dorms last year and had 2 20's and a 5 gal hex in my room, even though the limit was 20 gallons per room. Now that I have my own house I have the 5 gal and one of the 20's set up, and got a 110 tall for my living room about a month ago. Only problem is now I'm afraid to throw big parties because I'm worried about my tank now.

Yup.. My friend kept his tank in the living room and the next day we found out there was a pipe in there
