Well this is a little trick I discovered...to some it's probably pretty cheesy but it works for me.

Anyways instead or using colored lights or Blackwater extract, I just use colored cellophane. I have the back sectioned of the lid covered from the bottom (it self sticks) with about 4-5 layers of yellow cellophane and the front section of lid covered with 4-5 layers of blue cellophane for that lunar light effect. I will post pics of both soon.

Hope this gives some people ideas.

*Disclaimer just started this so monitor H2O parameters as I have yet to see the ink bleed but there is a possibility. Good Luck.

Awesome

interesting need some pics

Intersting and innovative idea. I like natural light, but this sounds like it could be cool too!

Cellophane able to withstand the heat created by the lights? sounds like a fire hazard?

Regular floresent lights should not get too hot. They don't really give off heat.
